The Urban Future Prize Competition is a set of prizes aimed at recognizing and fueling the growth of the world’s most promising cleantech startups. Winners are selected by an esteemed group of climate and sustainability solutions experts. Winners are granted admission to the ACRE incubator at the Urban Future Lab, New York City’s longest-running cleantech incubator.
Applicants should be early-stage startups that have raised under $5M and are able to clearly articulate the potential sustainability impact from their core product or service.
Companies may be internationally based but must be willing to locate at least one employee at the ACRE incubator in NYC, if they win.
Applications must be submitted via F6S no later than Friday, January 4, 2019, at 11:59 pm EST. Emailed and late entries will not be considered.
Once selected, semifinalists will be invited to interview with the Urban Future Lab Prize Selection Committee.
If selected for the finals, applicants must designate one person from their team to attend the pitch showcase at our cleantech summit on April 22, 2019, in NYC. Finalists will be informed no later than March 11, 2019.
